The world is pretty chaotic these days and, for many of us, it can feel like we are just barely keeping our head above water.

Many people think meditation is an adruous task and that they are failing if they can’t turn off their mind — even ascended masters cannot do that!

To meditate is to reflect, to think over, to consider. Meditation is a practice in awareness — to observe what is happening in the now of each moment.

These sessions are offered for a man to stop, pause and reflect, even if only for 30 minutes once a month.

While a session may serve you to review the previous month or to lock in an intention for the month ahead, ultimately the invitation is to temporarily put aside all the yesterdays and tomorrows that we repeat over and over and, as Ram Dass said, “Be here now.

The form or practice for each month’s meditation will change so that men will be able to explore and experience different possibilities. I do not come from any particular spiritual lineage and, if anything, the focus is more on Mindfulness and practices learned from training in Embodiment.

The variety is intended to demonstrate that there is no “one size fits all” approach. One practice may work great for one man and be challenging or boring for another, while a different practice may be just the opposite.

The actual time “in meditation” will vary between 15-20 minutes. The beginning and end of each session will allow men time to arrive, to understand the logistics of the practice and to review and integrate their experience.
